The Rec Club’s bespoke corporate programming begins with the Team of Eight – eight coworkers who come together each week during regular work hours, particularly between 9am and noon and/or 2pm and 5pm, to move, breathe, learn and be together. We always work with groups of eight because it allows for a more personalised program as well as ensuring lasting connections are made. And we always workout during work hours.

Our MOVEMENT pillar provides your team with two private classes a week, scheduled between 9 and noon and/or 2 and 5pm. Your team can choose their classes, or put it to a vote, with all of our most popular workouts available in the offering including: Paramount Strength, Paramount High, Yoga, Cardio Yoga, Stretch and Dance.
Our NUTRITION pillar is centred around plant-based cooking demonstrations and a group dinner; inspiring your team to come together over a delicious meal, learn more about a plant-based lifestyle and take healthy nutritional habits home with them. Once a season, the Rec Club will host this casual, informative and fun evening in collaboration with nutritionist Kate Levins.
Our STILLNESS pillar provides a private monthly workshop in either breathwork or meditation. These classes foster dedicated time for your team to unwind, recalibrate and find balance.
Each Team of Eight will receive weekly guidance from a dedicated coach and wellbeing mentor, as well as being able to support one another on a daily basis in their personal WhatsApp team group.
Upon joining, we’ll send your Team of Eight a beautifully presented welcome pack from the Rec Club and our affiliated brand partners. The pack includes all the information they need to get started as well as a gift from us.
