The Pavilion mirrors the curves of the original building with impressive glass walls that can be opened up onto the terrace or completely closed if the weather turns unfriendly. Sheer curtains create a connection with the breeze, controlling natural light and reducing the room size for smaller gatherings.
Garden beds of blue desert planting and sky-blue terrazzo floors are a nod to Paramount House’s Californian lineage and the Sydney climate. Responsive awnings and large modernist parasols combine to provide sun, shade and shelter when required.
We’re proud to work with catering specialist Aplenty for events large and small. The definition of Aplenty is ‘in abundance’, which is what you can expect: leisurely spreads of house-made preserves, crunchy vegetables, herby sauces, tangy cheeses, gooey sweets and seafood grilled gently over charcoal.
