Our Approach to
Your Health & Safety
We’ve always taken pride in ensuring the Rec Club is a clean and safe space for our members and guests. However, as we ease back into our onsite classes and begin to welcome our community back into the club it’s important we let you know about the initiatives and changes that are specific to the first stage of the lockdown rollback. We’ll keep this section of our site updated in line with any further easing of restrictions.
Entering
the Club
We encourage you to enter by the stairwell next to Poly or two at a time in the lift to ensure social distancing best practice is followed.
Open Air
Training
Our Pavillion is classified by the City of Sydney as an outdoor area and will be used to run our small group classes again moving forward. We will be keeping the operable walls retracted regardless of weather conditions to adhere to government regulations and advised best practice.
Social
Distancing
Every client will have their own 2×2 meter clearly marked space for exercise and be allocated their own mats, weights and wipes for each class. Entry and exit points will be clearly marked and our trainers and concierge team will be on hand to assist at all times.
Additional
Cleaning
Our timetable has been adjusted to allow our team to conduct a thorough clean between each session. This will include disinfecting all equipment, mats and floor space used by participants, We also have multiple wipe and clean stations around the venue.
Our
Amenities
Our fancy showers are back on. We are going to provide clean bathmats for every shower and for health and safety reasons we now encourage you to bring your own towel. If you forget you can hire a fresh one from us at the front desk.
