Is Paramount Recreation
Club for members only?

No, we are not a members only club. While we do offer memberships, everyone is welcome to attend a class by buying a casual pass or to eat and drink at the Kiosk. Access to the club and memberships will only be limited if necessary to maintain the standard of training and service we set for ourselves.


Do you have showers
towels, lockers etc?

Our beautiful change rooms are filled with natural light, fresh air and lush planting and include showers, toilets, lockers with hairdryers available upon request.


Do I need
to bring anything?

We provide yoga mats, boxing gloves and everything else you need for a class so just bring yourself and kindly keep your phones out of the workout studios.


Do you sell
gift cards or vouchers?

You can purchase any of our memberships, passes or consultations like massage using one of our Gift Cards. These are currently only available at our reception but we hope to sell them online soon.


What happens
if I cancel a class?

Our cancellation policy has been designed to ensure that everyone has a chance to attend the classes they want to. For pre-booked classes, all cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to the beginning of the class. Membership and Trial Pass holders will be charged a $10 fee for late class cancellations. Casual and 10 Pass holders that do not advise early cancel or who don’t show up for their session will have a class deducted.


Can I bring my dog
to the Rec Club?

We love hosting four-legged friends on our rooftop, however please note that your dog must be kept on a lead at all times. We aren’t able to allow dogs in classes, so if you need to leave yours unattended please secure their lead to one of our flagpoles. If your pup needs water,  just let us know and we’ll be more than happy to help.

What classes
can I do if I’m pregnant?

When you’re pregnant, the general rule of thumb is that you can continue with any exercise you were doing before your pregnancy. You need to be careful not to overheat and not to over stretch. We recommend you check with your doctor or midwife before taking part in any classes and tell your instructor. If in doubt stick to pregnancy-specific classes. Can I extend the
duration of my pass?

If you have a pass that you can’t use up because of an injury or sickness then please bring us a sick note from your doctor or some other proof of your injury and we will extend the expiry date for you.
