Our SUNDAY SLOW YIN class will focus on physically opening and releasing specific parts of the body, with students being guided safely into a themed sequence of YIN poses. Meditation will be part of each class. Drawing on Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, YIN also offers a bridge inwards and is a powerful way to create greater harmony in the energetic and emotional body. Participants will leave feeling restored, with greater physical mobility and a calm mind.
Please bring your own towel. Mats and all YIN yoga props will be provided.
Wear – comfortable clothing including layering options and socks.
