Our My Perfect Month 30 day program is a wholistic approach to wellness designed to help you get back into a healthy routine amidst uncertain times. We usually run this program in the new year or in the lead up to summer, but for us it feels like there has never been a more important time to focus on our physical, mental, and social health. My Perfect Month is different from other 30-day “challenges” that you might find at gyms; because let’s be honest, exercising 3 times a day, completely cutting out carbs or swearing off alcohol sounds pretty unrealistic right now.
So rather than focusing on overnight transformation or losing an unrealistic amount of weight we want to use this time as a way to start creating positive habits, smart goals and sustainable change for our participants and our community.
Participants will be challenged to complete 4 of our small group classes per week and 1 self-guided Open Gym session. In addition to this our specialist trainers will be running a series of engaging workshops and deep dives as well as some very special off-site activities that are guaranteed to have you working up a sweat.
