Our 30-day ‘My Perfect Month’ program is a more sustainable take on the ‘New Year, New You’ challenges that you might find at other clubs around this time of year. Because let’s be honest, exercising 3 times a day, completely cutting out carbs or swearing off alcohol sounds pretty unrealistic right now — it’s still summer after all.
Rather than focusing on overnight transformation or losing an unrealistic amount of weight, we want to start the year in a more thoughtful way and make this February the blueprint for your perfectly balanced month. You’ll work closely with our specialist trainers to shape a 30-day program that focuses not only on physical health, but mental and social health too.
Throughout the 30 days we’ll be hosting goal-setting workshops, benchmarking sessions, special events and off-site classes to help you set the right tone for the rest of the year.
