My Perfect Month participants are strongly encouraged to join us to learn more about making the most of the 30-day program. This 90-minute workshop hosted by our specialist trainer Jace Brown will include a general overview, goal setting, nutritional advice and time for our trainers to answer any questions you may have before the month begins. What we focus on grows! Set yourself up for success this month by developing a purposeful and well-rounded routine. We’ll focus on thoughtful goal setting and the importance of intelligent programming, how to build mental & emotional resilience and strengthening the relationship within.
