This intimate workshop hosted by our specialist trainer Rory Warnock focuses on breathwork techniques to help reduce stress and anxiety as well as flexibility & mobility exercises to help you feel better in your body. You’ll also leave this workshop with tangible tools to increase clarity, focus and concentration.
