Join our wonderful yogi Rachael Roberts for a deep dive into the Anahata Chakra. The seat of love and compassion, the heart space is where we realise unity, consciousness and authentic connection. The two hour class will include guided pranayama breath work, Ancient Himalayan Kundalini Kriya’s, a heart opening vinyasa flow balanced with Yin and restorative yoga. The class will end with a guided meditation focused on the heart.
You’ll float out of our Pavillion feeling the expansive warmth of the Anahata chakra with your body balanced and mind at peace. The perfect way to end a Saturday afternoon.
