Join your favourite trainers for our July members’ event, a large format class with a high-energy soundtrack to match. After a stability focused warm-up you’ll ski, row, skip and jump your way through a series of Tabata style stations as part of this HIIT workout. After class join us in our terrace garden for refreshments including non-alcoholic beverages by Seedlip for those participating in Dry July and gin by Four Pillars for those that fancy something a little stronger.
This class is complimentary for members with some places reserved for guests. Make sure you let our Concierge team know if you’d like to bring along a guest so that we can save their place.
