Studies show that dancing improves brain function in a variety of different ways. Allowing yourself to move to music regularly can increase cognitive ability and dramatically improve muscle memory – it also just feels really great. Dance Memory takes this concept and runs with it providing a relaxed environment to learn some new moves and score d-floor cred along the way.
Previously living in Bali-Indonesia for two years, she played part in introducing dancehall to the island and could be seen teaching regularly at The Canggu Studio and Universal Dance Studio. Whilst choreographing and performing regularly at events and venues like Disko Afrika, La laguna, Pablos and Luigis, whilst movement directing for fashion campaigns for Rosa Bloom and Haith All.
