Dance Memory
Event
Description
Studies show that dancing improves brain function in a variety of different ways. Allowing yourself to move to music regularly can increase cognitive ability and dramatically improve muscle memory – it also just feels really great.
Dance Memory takes this concept and runs with it providing a relaxed environment to learn some new moves and score d-floor cred along the way. The class is lead by dancer Kieran Crowe with no mirrors, no judgement, just a thumping hip hop soundtrack that hails from all corners of the global street scene.
After class, you’ll be treated to refreshments from our friends at Four Pillars Gin and Seedlip.
