The Rec Club Benchmarking week is designed to provide a consistent way to measure our members key fitness tangibles across strength, speed, power and endurance.  This provides a clear starting point to help us understand the individual fitness needs of our clients and set you on a safe and sustainable path to achieve your goals.

The best part? It’s a complimentary part of our service to you. Simply book into our benchmarking sessions via the timetable and we’ll look after the rest. If you have any questions contact our Concierge team and they’ll be happy to walk you through the week in more detail.
