In our Personal Health Assessment, we’ll develop a simple, tailored Fitness & Food Plan that will have you feeling better week-to-week. You’ll know what you need to overcome your barriers and our trainers will be in a better position to guide you along the way.
The Personal Health Assessment consists of a questionnaire and a one hour consultation with one of our expert trainers. The pre-consultation questionnaire brings us up to speed on your lifestyle and your life goals so that we can make the most of our time together. We’ll also conduct a Movement and Body Analysis that looks at your physical condition and mobility so that you can see how much you improve over time.
