Our signature small group class combining all three fitness pillars: movement, strength and conditioning. Designed and led by our specialist instructors, you’ll move through a sweaty yet sustainable sequence of exercises that will leave you feeling energised, not exhausted.
Heavy, Compound & Endurance
Our range of specialised small group strength classes will improve endurance, build muscle and increase power. If you have your head in the clouds, they can help ground you mentally and find strength in other areas of your life.
Boxing, Cardio & Core
Conditioning training will improve muscle tone, burn fat and increase the efficiency of your heart and lungs. We offer small group boxing, rowing and running, so you can focus on your favourite activity or mix it up.
Yoga & Pilates
Get moving with yoga and pilates classes. A great way to improve performance and prevent injuries, and highly recommended for anyone who spends too much time staring at a screen, like you are right now.
