Concierge Coordinator

The Marketing & Concierge Coordinator is a unique, full-time role within our business that offers the successful applicant the opportunity to be instrumental in the execution of brand and marketing strategy while also being an ambassador for the Rec Club as part of our front-facing team. It is suited to someone with a degree in marketing and communications, or at least one years experience in a similar role.

The successful candidate should be organised, detail orientated and have an interest in the health and wellness industry while also being culturally connected and creative. The ability to use systems such as Mindbody and programs like Canva, Photoshop and Indesign is preferable, but not essential.

Our front of house staff are all-rounders for service – they are responsible for making coffees and cold beverages, serving our guests and keeping our F&B standards in check. Our guests are very familiar, being members of our gym, co-tenants in the building and Surry Hills locals. They love enjoying a break on our rooftop terrace with a delicious coffee and extraordinary service.
